General Rules
- NO music or loud noise allowed
- No pets (of any kind) or Hubbly Bubbly are allowed
- Always take fellow campers into account
- There should be silence after 22:00 (10pm) in the evenings
- No smoking allowed in buildings and ablutions
- Parents must ensure that their children are aware of all the rules and that they obey them please
- Rubbish bins are provided
- Keep to the speed limit of 15km / h for children and wildlife safety
- No heavy vehicles or 2,3 or 4-wheel motorcycles and golf cars are allowed. Bicycles are welcome
- No conca’s are allowed and NO open fires allowed
- Only the park’s vehicles are allowed in the bush.
- Walking, running and bicycles are welcome to enjoy the bush.
- The animals may not be fed, disturbed, hurt in any way
- Only catch & release fishing is allowed.
- NO vehicles are allowed on the grass at the dam!
- No parking on the lawns, except at the campsite.
- No vehicles may be washed in the park
- No solid ground sheets are allowed
- No playing in the ablutions
- No card facilities available
- No cheques accepted
- No wood may be taken from the bush
- (Wood is for sale at the shop)
Pool Rules
- No glasses or glass bottles are allowed in or near the pools.
- There may not be diving or jumping in at the undercover heated pool
- There is no eating or drinking in or close to any swimming pools allowed
- The little-under cover swimming pool at the room complex unit is only for the use of the group staying in the rooms.
- No person allowed in the pools between 10 o’clock at night and 6 o’clock in the mornings. Cleaning is in process and chemicals are thrown into the pools.
Cancellation Policy for campsites and self-catering units:
- 30 days and longer: forfeit 50% of deposit, less than 30 days before arrival: forfeit 100% deposit.
- 100% of total payment is forfeited if you cancel 14 days before arrival.
- Changing your booking is not allowed for weekends and school holidays.
Important Information
The owner / manager reserves the right to address undesirable behaviour and, if necessary, to prohibit the person from the premises without giving back any payments
For security, the park’s gates will be closed at 19:00 (7pm) until 07:00 the next morning. Call us if there is an emergency or if special arrangements must be made at 012 943 6290
Indemnity: Any person that enters the resort and/or participate in any activity /entertainment, enters on his/ her own responsibility. The owner/management of Bosveld Oase except no responsibility for any deaths, loss or injuries of any sort that might have been caused by participating in any activities /entertainment or use of any facilities offered by the resort.
