General Rules
- GOLDEN RULE: Please always take your fellow campers into account.
- No music or loud noise allowed.
- Courtesy hours begin at 22:00 – Please be considerate of fellow campers.
- No pets (of any kind or size) are allowed.
- No smoking allowed in buildings and the ablutions.
- No playing in the ablutions.
- Please keep to the speed limit of 15km/h for the safety of our children as well as wildlife.
- No heavy vehicles, golfcarts or 2, 3 or 4-wheel motorcycles are allowed.
- Bicycles are welcome!
- No vehicles are allowed to be washed in the resort.
- No vehicles are allowed to park on the grass next to the dam.
- No solid ground sheets are allowed.
- No “concas” are allowed. Please make use of the braais supplied to make fire.
- Nature, plants, trees, birds and animals are not to be damaged, disturbed, fed, hurt or chased in any way.
- No wood may be taken from the bush. Wood is available for sale at the kiosk.
- Only the resort’s vehicles are allowed to drive in the bush.
- Walking, running and bicycling are welcome to be enjoyed in the bush.
- Only catch & release fishing is allowed.
Parents must ensure that their children are aware of all the rules and that they always obey them.
Pool Rules
- No glasses or glass bottles are allowed in or near the pools.
- No food or drinks are allowed in or near the pools.
- No diving or jumping in the undercover heated pool.
- No person is allowed in the pools between 10pm and 6am due to cleaning and chemical treatment happening at night.
Cancellation Policy for campsites and self-catering units:
- 30 days or more before arrival – forfeit 50% of deposit paid
- Less than 30 days before arrival – forfeit 100% of deposit paid
- 14 days or less before arrival – forfeit 100% of full amount paid
Important Information
Bosveld Oase Brits, including its Directors, Management, and Employees, reserves the right to address undesirable behaviour and, if necessary, may prohibit individuals from the premises without refund.

- Gates close at 19:00 and reopen at 06:00.

INDEMNITY:
Any person who enters the resort and/ or participates in any activity and/ or entertainment, does so at their own risk. Bosveld Oase Brits, including its Directors, Management, and Employees, accepts no responsibility for any injury, death, loss, or damage to persons or possessions resulting from use of facilities or participation in any activity or entertainment offered on the premises
